Moreover, my passion for fitness extended beyond personal endeavors as I served as an instructor for a fitness course at Temple University, Japan Campus, where I educated students on fundamental concepts such as human biology, nutrition, mental health, diverse exercise modalities, and the importance of goal setting using SMART goals, alongside self-evaluation and reflection techniques.
After six enriching years in Japan, I have returned to the United States, eager to leverage my expertise and experiences to assist others in seamlessly integrating fitness into their lives. My mission is to empower individuals to not only enhance their physical well-being but also to thrive mentally and emotionally. With a fervent dedication to health, fitness, and wellness, I am committed to motivating others to unlock their potential, cultivate strength, improve health, and ultimately, foster confidence.
